Thanks for your offer to put information on the mf website. I emailed Wm. Christopher to tell him about your offer and suggested that he contact you via email or phone, personally.
He has been freed from the Santa Clara County Jail, but is incognito for a period of time while investigating matters around town to get proof of the fact that he was railroaded into the long term section of the CA MH department, namely Atascadaro and then Patton State Hospital.
His entire savings were confiscated for child support payments by the government. Like, how can a man pay child support when he is in custody and having job or income?
Since this information on mf will go out across the country I believe HE should supply the information. He is aware that this is how family courts operate around the country and this is how family preservation is threatened in this country. I was amazed to learn how VAWA (federal law; violence against women act) enables the state to destroy men in a mercilous movement to disenfrancise husbands/fathers who are presumed 'guilty' (guilty or not).
How convenient for the authorities to throw this young father into the state hospital because he refused to cop a guilty plea so that the court could slap a felony charge on him, take charge of his life, limit access to his young son, straightjacket him with brain bludgeoning drugs, and tie him up with exorbitant back child support figuring back to day one when he was charged with domestic violence and jailed and then held up as court order 'mental patient' in notoriously evil long term section of the CA mH department. A real catch 22!
I'll be emailing you as soon as Chris either contacts you or emails me with the information that he wants on the website. This should be a real eye-opener to folks who have no idea about the federal law: V.A.W.A.
I know that he can use donations to live on while he is doing this important work which is his contribution to the cause of all fathers who really have no rights once a mate alleges domestic violence. Across the country there have been suicides amongst these beleagured fathers because they are caught up in this catch 22 situation. The law must be amended to effect fair and balanced jurisprudence.
